They work with small, independent, natural-process beekeepers in the Hudson Valley, then infuse the raw honey with a blend of chili peppers to make a perfect mix of sugar and spice. Full disclosure: one of our co-workers has been eating this honey, by itself, at her desk, for the last 6 hours. It's that good.
