Human Resources: The End of Fun

As we grow as company, we are constantly taking steps to become a "real office".

If we have learned one thing about offices from popular culture, it is that a Human Resources department is essential. After all, we are all human(and resources?). Today marks the unveiling of our official policy, as well as a photo assessment of how we are doing.

Workplace attire

Attire must be neat, clean, and appropriate for the work being performed.

Sexual Harassment

Sexual harassment occurs when one employee makes unwelcome sexual advances, requests for favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature, to another employee, against his or her wishes. This includes

1. Unwanted jokes, gestures, or offensive words.

2. Unwanted flirting.

3.Displaying sexually suggestive objects. 

4.Transmitting or posting emails or pictures of a sexual nature.

Workplace Health and Safety

Freaker, USA values its workers. We strive to provide safe work and a safe work environment for our valued employees. Our goal is to eliminate or reduce conditions and behaviors that could result in injuries or illness(or, you know…death).


Only allowed in designated ares, employees should check with HR supervisor for such locations.

Alcohol on the Breath 

Raises questions concerning an employee's competence and will not be tolerated for any staff member.

These changes will be slow. Clearly, we have a long way to go. But hey, it took Leonardo DiCaprio hundreds of years to paint the Sistine Chapel.
