Freaker Friday: Mary Ordog Moon Prints!

We're big fans of celebrating the quirks of everyday life. Just because something is common doesn't make it boring.

Nature is especially eccentric. Volcanos are Earth Zits the size of mountains, filled with lava. Sea otters hold hands when they sleep so they don't float away from each other. Lightning exists. Turtles can breathe through their butts. Have you SEEN deep sea creatures? Oh, and we all know about the conspiracies surrounding the moon landing, but did you know entire groups of people don't believe that the moon exists at all?

Get weird, y'all.

WHAT YOU'RE WINNING: We have 5 care packages this week featuring moon prints from artist Mary Ordog!

She used to call our little hometown of Wilmington, North Carolina home. Even though we recently lost her to San Francisco, Mary hasn't lost any of that particular and peculiar eccentricity that is iconic and natural for so many Wilmingtonians. Her latest series about the moon is equal parts graceful, charming, and cryptic! Consider Mother's Day taken care of. Each winner also gets a Cherry Godmother Freaker!

HOW TO ENTER: Get on Instagram and show us your favorite quirk about Mother Nature for your chance to win! Use the hashtag #FreakerMoon so we can find you!
