Breaking News: Local Gov't Gets Freaky.

Last night,  Wilmington's City Council Debate got super freaky. 
Freaky enough that the Star News decided to broadcast their freakiness on the front page this morning. 
We've been giggling about this for exactly 2.3 hours now. Freaktastic!

This, personally, is our favorite shot of the night. Neil Anderson, you're doing it. You're doing it hard.
